Dropped my sons car off for a quote, staff were rude, unhelpful and said that they didn't want the job and that they were quoting due to insurer sending us there, quoted for works that were not required, parts that were not damaged and when questioned they hung up and refused to talk with me.If you are sent to this repairer ask your insurer to find some one else.

Terrible communication. I was quoted on getting 2 small scratches done, accepted the quote, and dropped my car off as confirmed. The work on one panel was done, but not the other; they said they hadn't quoted on it. But they had, because they said the 2 jobs combined would be the cost of my excess. So I picked it up 3 days later, the one job they did was done well but it was frustrating that I had to book it in for another time to get the other scratch done. A necklace was also missing from my console; they found it when they went through the vacuum cleaner bag so that was all ok.Anyway - come the day the car was booked in for the 2nd scratch, I had been assured it would be a one day job. I dropped it off and checked that it would be ready for collection by 5pm, to be told that they couldn't promise that as someone had been off sick for a week etc. I totally understand these things happen - but communication is all that's needed, and there was none here. If I'd received a call to let me know the team was a person down and it would take 2 days instead of one, I could have organised myself. But I wasn't, so I left and I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent quality workmanship AND friendly customer service I highly recommend this business.I had minor water damage to the front cloth interior seats of my car due to storm damage. Having had previous insurance work done with this business I didn't hesitate to call Nardi Panels as I know I can trust their advice. They are professional friendly and solutions focused. From initial phone call to onsite advice their customer service is relevant professional and more importantly they follow through with quality workmanship. I like that they explain the process whilst offering a solution. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Used this repairer through insurance as we had EXTENSIVE hail damage. We were told they would have the car for 3 weeks. Didn’t get it back for 4 only to find another dint that hadn’t been repaired that took another 3 weeks to get parts for and 2 days to be fixed. When we got the car back initially it was FILTHY! Wet drips down internal door frames from “trying to clean it” and my rubber dash and doors scratched from forceful cleaning. Also looks like a dirty cloth was used as the windows are still dirty internally. Not happy at all with how the car was returned.

Dodgy, unhonest. Only went to this repairer due to not having choice of repairer, I would recommend avoiding at all costs!They completed the job, only touching up what was visible outside. Had to go back to the insurer to get further damage fixed, which they completely ignored. When questioning them about it, they lied, tried to claim it wasn’t from the same accident and told me they would ‘bend it back’In the end we refused to go back to them throughRSCV and got the car fixed through a decent repairer.Save the grief of a already stressful situation and avoid at all costs!!!

Asked for a quote to repair my vehicle, three weeks later and I'm still waiting. In fairness they said they where busy and it would take a day or two but three weeks is a little unreasonable don't you think?
