I had my x-ray done. My GP told me these x-ray quality is so poor. And even report made by them says can't see any fracture. Then i went to any other imaging centre and their report and x-ray showing there was fracture in both of my feet. Wouldn't recommend at all. Waste of money.

The receptionist was quite rude and abrupt. Even whilst sitting in the waiting room here attitude towards other customers was quite rude. The lady that did my jaw scan was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Very bad experienced I am as patient walk in to get my ultrasound image. But being refuse.Although I am told that I can accepted either by print out / send via email / or access online viewing all was rejected.I only get a writing report without any pieces of imaging being provided.I never being notify by either one of staff regarding new rule, the clinic will not provide / allow patient to access viewing own scan image.

The lady in reception was the rudest person I have ever seen in customer service. The doctors were really nice. But the lady needs to take some classes to talk politely.

The reception working today was possibly the rudest interaction I’ve ever experienced in my life. Absolutely shocking tone. I can see that many people have complained about the same issue, but going by todays encounter, nothing has been done about the condescending and abrupt attitude.

I had to have an emergency ultrasound to confirm if my baby was ok. The sonographer Anthony was very kind and professional. Even though the outcome from the scan was not what I hoped for, the way Anthony handled the whole situation made it more bearable. The reception staff were also very helpful in scheduling my scan at short notice. Overall great experience.
