A man (fat man) came to my home to change 3 locks, the locks looked old like they had come from another house and only I was only supplied with one key. I left the room for a few minutes to feed my dog and came back to find a small mound of pistachio shells on my coffee table, which I thought was strange to say the least. When approached, he denied the shells even existed, despite them being in plain sight right next to the locks he had just extracted! There was also a mars bar wrapper stuffed under my couch cushion. As a diabetic, I do not eat chocolate. Where did the wrapper come from, crown locksmiths!?

Quick, professional and tidy. I had a security issue with my keys being stolen, within a couple of hours as promised I had someone arrive and complete the work required. Would highly recommend, great service.

Dean replaced the locks in my house, turns out the previous locksmith did one of the locks in such a way that it could be opened from the outside even though it was locked with a key so Dean fixed that and attended to all the locks I requested in under an hour. Very helpful and prompt and offered advice in relation to awnings required to protect the doors from damage, would definitely recommend, thanks Dean!
