Had a fantastic long weekend away over Easter, we had a very private spacious camping spot and were able to bring all of our dogs along as well. A hail storm came through on the first night and my friends tent got destroyed, the owners of the property came to check on us and provided a tent for my friends to use for the rest of our stay.

We’ve just spent two very relaxing nights at Elysium Lodge and could have stayed much longer. The lodge itself is very clean, practical and homely with many special touches which reflect the caring nature of our host Cate. She went well above the call of duty to help us resolve a problem we encountered with our vehicle.As nice as the lodge is, the real magic for us was outside the door. It is so quiet and peaceful. An absolutely beautiful view overlooking a tree covered valley…birds in the trees, frogs croaking, the sounds of the bush, beautiful sunsets , no traffic noise… and the visits from mother and baby donkey.Our dog absolutely loved going for off leash walks and swimming in the dam.Thank you Cate. We hope to be back soon.

700 acres was the perfect venue for our wedding. Every guest commented on how perfect the day was and how much fun they had. Many guests enjoyed the fire and the caterers commented on the excellent facilities in the kitchen. Cate (the owner) was extremely accommodating of all our requests and helpful with the set up and pack up for our wonderful day.This was definitely the perfect venue for our perfect day. It will be one we never forget.We look forward in coming back to camp for years to come!

The place seemed newly renovated, spacious and clean, the breakfast ingredients provided were fresh and delicious, and the dogs had a great time frollicking on the property! It was the perfect little getaway location to switch off and enjoy quality time with family Cate is also lovely and responds to queries/questions very quickly.Jarrad - 2 - 4 August 2019A wonderful luxurious stay with amazing views of the surrounding bush. The fire pit was lovely to sit around on the cold nights. The furnishings are very new and modern. The continental breakfast, including fresh baked bread, as well as milk and fresh eggs was a lovely touch. Cate was nice enough to let our kids help with feeding the lambs and chickens. We definitely want to come back soon!!Thank you so much Cate for your hospitality and allowing us to share this nature experience with the kids. A pair of Glossy Black Cockatoo even flew past yesterday late afternoon which was super exciting (they're a threatened species). We really enjoyed the seclusion and the House was lovely and warm. We had everything we needed to have a weekend away. Lots of Bush to walk through and beautiful scenery.
