Considering the price you would expect no pain and fast. Takes ages and one would think my eyebrows weren't even done afterwards no shape nothing. Would not recommend or go back had to get done here cause where I normally get it done for $10 is closed on a Sunday.

Nila. What can I say, she was magnificent. She was calm during multiple things going wrong in store which were out of her control. She listened to my wants and stuck to them, which meant that I left a happy customer. Thanks Nila!

What a mistake. This was the first time I have tried henna eyebrows. I asked for them to not be too dark... After they were done they did look a little bit too dark in the salon. It wasn't until I got home that the extreme contrast between my mousy brown/blonde hair and my dark dark brown (nearly black) eyebrows hit me. I've scrubbed the henna off but it has also tinted my hair dark brown so I'm going to have to wait this one out. How embarrassing, what a waste of $40 :(

I went here for brow tinting, wasn't amazing service, and you definitely pay for what you get, for $15 I could probably do a better job. The lady didn't sanitise her hands, which left her hands clamy & unfresh and with her hands all over my face this is all I kept thinking. I regret not saying anything. Even before covid I'd expect hands to be sanitised before a service which involved touching someone's face.

I visited the salon at Chermside on Thursday night. The lady spoke on the phone (with an earpiece) in a another language the whole time she threaded and tinted my eyebrows. My eyebrows are uneven and the tint is blotchy. Terrible customer service, terrible job.

Was terrible. Told her I didn’t want pointy eyebrows and I came out with not only pointy eyebrows but super uneven and thin eyebrows. Clearly you would follow what’s already there and tidy them up. She could tell I was not happy so she said don’t worry if you don’t like them you have thick hair they will grow back quickly. The whole point of getting them done was too look good afterwards not have to wait for them to grow back. So stupid don’t recommend this place at all.

The ladies here are amazing. I'm very fussy with my brows and after some bad experiences at other salons, this now the only place I trust to get it right. The ladies are so friendly and professional, they always manage to fit me in on short notice and the result is always lovely. The atmosphere is also really calm and relaxing and the privacy with the curtains between each station is really nice.

I was on my way out of the shops when I decided to just get my brows done. The lady told me to go into one of the sectioned off rooms and lay down. She did not sanitize her hands before touching me and then she poked me to get me to move up the bed. She didn’t ask me what I wanted my brows to look like or if I had any specific preferences. I still had makeup on from work and asked her to take my makeup off before she started but she didn’t. She started threading my brows WITH my brow makeup still on! Before coming here, I had been growing my brows out for a couple weeks in preparation for looking fresh and nice for Christmas. In two seconds flat, she took off almost all my brows! Now they look disgusting, thin and uneven. I was so visibly upset. I told her how disappointed I was with her and how long it took me to grow them. She just told me to grow these new ones out. I was so upset and I will NEVER, EVER go back to this place again. Save yourself the money and the headache. By the way, I hardly ever write these things. Let alone call the manager to personally tell them how appalled I was with my experience. Yuck I can’t believe this is how you treat your clients. Disgusting!

absolutely do not go here, i went in on a saturday morning the lady did my eyebrows wouldn’t let me look at them till i had paid, didnt notice till that night how uneven they were. went back in sunday morning to get it fixed, a new lady informed me they were not uneven… they are. she ‘fixed them up’ they’re better but still bad, i now have to fill in my eyebrows every morning
