i had such a wonderful experience here, i popped in just for a look around and was greeted so warmly & offered some tea while I browsed ! the perfumes are just sensational, i was treated to a birthday present at the counter & given some beautiful skincare samples. the staff are fabulous and the range is heavenly. made my entire day x

Great shopping experience with that young Chinese girl the other day! Want to give her 10 stars! She was so helpful, friendly and very professional. She gave an unforgettable time to us, made us felt very welcomed and been taking care of. Really hasn’t had that experience in a long time. I will definitely come back to this store.

I'm fine with the lack of help as I'm happy to look for things myself but what I didn't appreciate was the shop assistant not even bothering to package a gift box- the tissue paper was simply placed in the bag as an afterthought. The store was empty too. Less attitude and more friendliness please!

Unethical sale tactic n lies ti increase sale. The lady with tag “christmas advisor (CA)” tricked me by saying that if I spent $40 more I will be eligible of a gift bag but once i came back with $45 spending, she seem to pretend to be very busy with her tilt + her phone and totally avoided looking at me. So I was served by another lady named started with D who told me I wouldn’t be eligible of the gift bag unless i spent $35 more. At the end when I asked for the AC name, i was told she doesn’t stay here permanently and is more of the area manager. I like some of their products but I wouldn’t want to support a business who promotes sale with unethical tactic. I also suspect that the AC lady also asked for my personal details and signed me up to their newsletter without my consent. I know at the end after buying by asking the D lady about it. Never again with L’Occitane.

Super nice place for present ideas and to treat yourself. Sales person Lidia is amazing! Helped me to choose the perfect gift for friends!
