We called Gene as we had issues with a faulty smoke alarm. Gene came out to have a look and recommended changing the alarms and got everything working again. He was professional, pleasant and very helpful! Very happy with his service.

Very helpful and professional. I called to book an assessment of our smoke alarm as we have been having issues with it. Turns out we are out of the area of service. But instead of ending the conversation he was so helpful and offered advice. I thought this was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area of service.

Gene was FANTASTIC! We communicated through text and photos of my oven and he worked out the problem and sourced the part in a week or so. He kept me in the loop the whole time and accommodated my shift work to install. I didn't get to meet him personally as I was at work so my friend was there to let him in but gosh he was great! So friendly and professional and really easy to communicate with. Thank you so much Gene....Highly recommended!!!
