Jess and the team do an amazing job and transform my little dog 'Rivah' from a scruffy to a pedigree every time!! We have been going there for 3 years and we are never disappointed... even Rivah is impressed! Highly recommend.

The groom was uneven and rough. Also the groom had not yet been commenced at the designated pick up time although I had dropped the dog in early.

Just had a call saying they want me to reschedule my appointment. They blamed me for being late. The appointment offered by the lady at time of booking was 1pm or 2pm. I chose 2pm. They tried to tell me it was 12. The reason I accepted the 2pm appointment was because I was unavailable up until 12.30 with a vet appointment. Rather than accept it was their error she told me 3 times it was 12. Very disappointed with the customer service this time (have had an excellent relationship with them prior even though they are more expensive then other local options but we keep returning). When I said don’t worry, I will find someone else she just said ok then, didn’t even care. no apology.When making an appointment with them I would suggest you get them to repeat it a few times so they don’t get confused, then blame you.

First time there today. Bruno is a silky terrier and doesn't sit still for grooming, but they did a brilliant winter clip. When i arrived to pick him up, Bruno was so happy following Jessica around, he didn't notice me. Will definitely go there again.
