Great experience with Charlie and his co-worker not only were they prompt they were both super helpful and knowledgeable. Charlie gave me advice to protect the floors of our rental and was able to problem solve when I thought the fridge/washing machine and couch wouldn't fit in the new home. I would 100% use Word of Mouth Removals again and will recommend them to my family and friends. You can guarantee they go above and beyond to provide great service. Thanks Again!

I have moved house every year for the last 8 years and Word of Mouth was by far the best removalist experience I have had. Charlie took the stress out of planning and executing my first solo move, working late and squeezing me in. Both Charlie and Travis were a pleasure to deal with on the day - friendly, efficient, hard working and made the whole process a lot smoother. I suppose the obvoius checklist for hiring a removalist might look something like this:1. Care taken handling belongings2. Punctual/reliable3. Time-efficient4. Friendly yet professionalWord of Mouth are top scores in all of the above: Charlie and company just take all the stress out of it - they even offered to buy me a coffee on the way in to my storage facility to load up. Then we filled and emptied an ENTIRE, densely packed truck in five hours, which even included placement around the new house, smooth as. Huge thumbs up from me.Thank you!

Charlie came to our rescue when our original removalists left us in the lurch and never showed up for our move. Not only did Charlie fit our job in last minute - he and Jacob were so professional, hard-working and just absolutely delightful to deal with. They took pristine care of all of our belongings, assembled some tricky furniture, hooked up our washer and still completed the job in less time than what was quoted. Without question - I would recommend them and use their services again. Thanks again Charlie and Jacob for doing a superb job!

Charlie and his team were really fantastic. This was the second time that I have moved with these guys and absolutely nothing is ever too much trouble. So friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond what is required. I would recommend Word of Mouth Removals to anyone needing to move and I would never use anyone else but Charlie and his team. They also make the experience stress free - that is worth gold when moving as we all know how stressful it can be, they make it smooth sailing all the way. Highly recommend - these guys just run and are happy & chatty - making the moving experience so much easier

Charlie and Zac worked tirelessly helping us move from an apartment to our new home. Travelling from Joondalup to Rockingham and working from 7am to 7pm in the pouring rain these guys were brilliant and always had a ready smile and great banter. Thanks guys you are the best

Charlie, Travis and Tom just moved us from a three story house which was not easy! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were all friendly, highly professional , extremely hard working and efficient. They handled our belongings like they were their own and got large pieces of furniture down very difficult staircases without bumping anything. At the other end, they were careful and precise when positioning things and Charlie even plumbed in my washing machine. I have moved many times over the years and can happily say Charlie and his team are far and away the best!

Thank you so much for an extremely professional and on time removal service. Charlie and his trusty sidekick took considered care in getting my house load of art deco furniture safely out of one house and into another. All items were arranged perfectly and set up ready to go, even the way the unpacked boxes were stacked for me made it easy to get myself sorted when it was time to start finding things and put them away.Thanks again guys for your friendliness and amazing help!
