Extremely rude owner and highly unhelpful.Makes up lies and calls customers liars, as you can see in previous reviews. Unfortunate because the staff were trying to be helpful.And shocking return policy, was overseas for 2 weeks before gifting, the ring never even left the box and yet cannot be exchanged. Considering we were still gonna use the money on the same store i am extremely disappointed.Bad Ju Ju

I live in Melbourne, and I wanted to buy a couple of silver stretch bracelets from them.I was uncertain of size and I spoke to Ella who was so helpful. She took pics of 3 or 4 bracelets and modelled them for me. Sending me pics and videos from her personal mobile.I would definitely recommend this shop, due to the great service I received.I can’t wait to receive my beautiful bracelets❣️

Fake 5 star reviewsAbsolutely disgusting service the owner is rude and cheap I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone especially if you’re wanting good energy. Anything you buy from this store will have bad karma. PS your staff were being helpful I did not in any way yell at them but it’s clear they were scared of you which I’m not surprised about just look at your previous bad reviews and you trying to gaslight your customers by calling them liars.

The manager of crystal wellness chermside was so kind and friendly, so many great products and beautiful crystals. She welcomed us with a smile and immediately asked how my day was going, we also had a lovely conversation. Thankyou so much!!

I visit this place alot on the weekends. Everytime I go I've been greeted with great customer service from the employees. They are always so helpful with answering my questions and helping find what I'm looking for in store. Amazing store and highly recommend for others!

With 3 staff available, no service what so ever. Only customers in the store for over 5 minutes, no greeting or even an attempt at approaching to ask if we needed assistance. As soon as another two customers walked in, they were asked for assistance and approached almost immediately. Coming to the store specifically with our 4yo daughter, who was excited to see and purchase her own stones, and we left with nothing.
