I have called them half a dozen times in 2 weeks to book an appointment. Nobody answers the phone and even if you leave a voicemail (I did twice) nobody bothers to call you back.If this is the level of customer service when you are trying to give them money to book a new job I'd hate to see what they're like if you have any issues after the job. Avoid!

Super happy with 21 Celsius!. A big shout-out to Aaron Rose the technician came out to fix my ducted heater. He is brilliant an having awesome knowledge in diagnosing the issue in no time and he also ensured that he checked all other possibility for the cause and explained me in detail. He is good and very presentable person and happy to recommend him. Well done Aaron , keep up the good work.

Got my new duct heater installed by this company via RACV yesterday. The technicians are professional & responsible. The quote is not so much different from other suppliers however I am very happy with the quick response in this cold winter time. Jim & Reece attended my home not only installed the system but also keep the impact to the house (noise, whole on the wall, dust) at very minimum level. Great appreciated.

I arranged through RACV Club Home Response for a new air conditioning unit to be installed at our investment property, when the old one broke down. Janine at 21 Celsius has been very helpful in organising a replacement unit, which is of a much better quality than the old one and at a much better price than what we were quoted with another company. She also kept me up to date with the progress, from obtaining quotes to when the unit was to be installed. From my experience 21 Celsius is a reliable business providing excellent quality products and service at a very reasonable price.

Brilliant service. Caring and responsive, Aaron was brilliant in getting the quote done quickly, accurately, and professionally. He then followed up with excellent repairs, showing genuine care for his customers. He even had a smile for our baby girl.

Engaged 21 celsius for 2 air con units service. Janine was very helpful and lovely over the phone. Technician was very professional, honest, on time and cleaned up after the servicing. I would definitely engage them for future air con maintenance and installations.
