I booked my Jeep in for a diagnostic on the 26 October 22 at 8:15 am and they got back to me the following day in the afternoon to tell me the result.They should have called me the same day a couple of hours after the booking I had and not the next day in the afternoon!!!!!Obviously they did not do anything to my car until the following day and after I called them twice complaining.Then I was told by the advisor Steven that the oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 needed replacement but I can not get a genuine part only aftermarket one which it cost double the price than the genuine one.I found this strange because my car is not that old 2014 model.I asked him what about if we order it from the states and he replied they do not make that part anymore and I can only get the aftermarket one for 299 dollars.After calling other Jeep dealers I was told that this is a wrong information that I was given and they said that of course you can get the original one and it cost 131 dollars.I called back and I told Steven that I do not wish them to repair my car and that I can get the genuine part from an other Jeep dealer.All Steven had to say was ok.Never doing business with this dealer again.
