Very good phone service. Yet to have my appointment

Didn't actually make it to the salon, the staff where so unbelievably rude and unprofessional I cancelled my appointment with them. I can't believe they are still running the business!

This place is rubbish... don't go there! I purchased a groupon for IPL treatment on my legs and it was the most painful IPL treatment I ever had. They tried to convince me to purchase their after care" product afterwards for $92 but since I couldn't afford it I refused. They almost wouldn't take no for an answer and I received dirty looks from every member of staff there. I was given appointments for the next time that didn't suit my work hours and then when I asked if there was anything earlier or later in the day I got an abrupt answer of "it's that or nothing" from the owner. He was so rude and the attitude of everyone in that place was horrible that I left feeling extremely offended when I left.To make matters worse

I am surprised this business is still operating as the quality of their ownership and their services leave much to be desired. I have had two bad experiences at the hands of these people (one of them being those of the female owner) and I certainly would NOT return nor recommend this business to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else and save yourself the stress of an argument with them.

these people just want to sell products which are overpriced....really bad experience here
