After I placed my order on the app, I came to pick up my food from the store, Google Map showed that the business was closed at 10:00, I arrived here at 9:40, but the door was already closed, a waiter saw me standing at the door, he made a sign to me that I could not come in but go through the drive-through, so I went to the window over there, waited for a long time, and then a waitress came, She said they couldn't serve me because I didn't have a car, so I showed her the order on my phone and I told her I just wanted to pick up my food, and she told me to go back to the front door and go inside and get my food, and she would open the door for me, so I had to go back to the front door. Having a hard time getting my food

Had a 3 piece feed around 7 30pm 10/6/2023. Dine in. Chicken was greasy and over cooked (it may have been sitting in the heat cabinet for a while too). Chips were average as well.

Best KFC on the neighbourhood. They are very quick and never messed my orders.Chicken is always well cooked and not soaked in oil like other KFCs. If want KFC go to this one.Worth saying they close around 9ish pm so sorry for the late workers :/

A KFC that has workers that look like they want to work and assist. Efficient and showed great care for the food they prepared for each customer. Food was great as well. Not too oily and the chips were just right,!

Slow service, my sister got her meals 10mins before me, her chicken was overcooked and dry, then i get told we will hVe to wait over 20mins for our chicken, $60 later cold chips, cold popcorn chicken and not a proper meal, F U KFC

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience. I came through drive through around 6:30pm last night and I was served by a younger boy who told me his name was Toby. He got my order wrong, and as i tried to correct him politely he began scrutinising and swearing at me. I remained calm and was just trying to get my meal and this boy continuously was behaving DISGUSTINGLY. When i finally got my chicken tenders i found one half eaten and spat on, and i have much reason to believe it was this boy. please reconsider who you hire and find people who can actually provide good customer service. extremely disappointing

I walked with my 20 month old boy from Lockleys to This KFC store. For us I ordered a small meal approx. $22.00 my Son always enjoys a small portion of KFC Bread rolls while also feeding the local birds on the walk back with crumbs. When it came to order the young man behind the counter said I'm sorry we do not have left. All good I asked for a burger roll instead the young man ask a young female co-worker to see if a burger bun was available. At this point she looked at me the Customer an rolled her eyes at me, I commented that you have NO Right to treat me a customer like this. No it all gets bad apparently can not serve be a bun. From here the manager got evolved. I unfortunately did not get her name. She insisted that I can not buy a burger bun. She then explained that I could buy a zinger burger and pay for a Zinger burger with NO filling if I wanted bread. Obviously my temper began to rise. I can buy any burger and have items added or removed But I could purchase some bread. When I question her this is the insult answer I receivedthe breads are different. I mean come on.TO KFC this treatment of a 53 yo Man and his Son is un acceptable. The attitude of your Staff is un acceptable.I'm looking forward to a descent explanation and response.Also I would like to know what KFC's response to the young girl rolling her eyes at me and the so called manager that was more interested in escalating the situation rather then Help.Through ALL THIS DISGUSTING treatment well guess what she just charged me for a Burger Roll. Also did not even have the common decency to reply when I said thank you have a nice night.

A young man served me last Thursday and his service was great. Very well mannered and polite. I purchased a bucket of chicken for my children. I asked his name and he told me it was Toby. Will definitely be back soon!
