The staff are amazing, very helpful and polite, the goods are great and reasonably priced. Love this store and also on -line.

Customer service is poorrefund policy is an absolute joke. MAKE SURE YOU READ, they do not refund on anything if they can get away with it.Quality of clothing is poorsad considering it is new plus size shop, and something we really need for plus size ladies like me, but I won't be back.

Really poor customer service. Walked into the shop trying to look for something for a baby shower, the two assistance working were talking amongst each other, didn’t even greet me, usually I don’t mind because I hate being interrupted when shopping but then it got awkward & uncomfortable because I felt like I was being watched, to the point I felt like they thought I was going to steal something. Mind you I’m Fijian. Honestly, it didn’t bother me but I thought this is worth mentioning in this day and age, I will speak up against this type of behaviour like this. Shine some light on others who have felt/ experienced the same. I know this because they greeted a “caucasian lady” as she was leaving saying did you manage to find anything. As for Me, I was treated like I was invisible but yet watched as if I was a thief. Seriously you guys need to get new staff members who actually care about selling products to everyone not just “rich looking caucasian”. It’s sad to say the least. I will not be shopping here ever as I don’t put up with this type of behaviour.

Shocking customer service with returns. Be very careful what you buy, I'm still trying to get assistance to find where my dress is, 4 weeks now and have to deal with online via email

I have bought online and in-store and could not fault either service. Clothes are lovely and very reasonably priced.

Clothes are good, cheap and cheerful. Sizing is inconsistent though.Their online policies and customer service lacks....a lot.I returned a dress that didn't fit and received a 'gift voucher' .I then drove 2 hours to one of their newly opened stores to spend said gift voucher as Sizing had been so inconsistent and was told I could only spend that voucher online.I then stood outside the shop and rung customer service and asked for the voucher to be transferred to store credit so I could buy what I wanted (which was way more than the voucher was worth) and again was refused.Very poor customer service You and All.

I walked into this store in Wollongong with the intention to purchase some new dresses. Two staff members were working and there was no one else in the store. It was like i was invisible. No one said hi no one asked if i needed any help. I found two dresses that i liked but the staff could not be bothered to help me. I went up to a staff member and said hi how are you today. She had her back to me and couldn't evenbe bothered to turn around. She then asked if i was looking for something. I replied yes i was and that was the end of that conversation. Such poor service. You would think after the lockdowns they would be happy to take your money. There are plenty of people looking for work so why employ staff who clearly had nothing to do who cant even greet you or acknowledge you. Needless to say that i walked out and went and spent my money at another store. Shame on you slack girls. You should be sacked
