Jack has done work for me a few times and always does a good effordable job

Called and made an appointment was advised that he had an appointment at 9.00am and would be over after that. Didn’t turn up the entire day called 3 times no answer left massage no response even sent a text to try and confirm a day and time but notresponding. If your too busy that’s fine but a response so I don’t wait around all day would be the right thing to do

I would not recommend. 15 minutes $150 later and I still have a none working air con. No checks or service was done. Quick to get the money. No after Care, Customer service poor. Not even a tax receipt was given. Look for a reputable company.

Fantastic local service!.....Called Jack at 10:20am, and my aircon was diagnosed, serviced and re-gassed by 11:15am. Certainly cannot ask for better than that.

Called him twice first time he was so inebriated he couldn’t work out when June was, second call he was rude and told me I couldnt even book him in on a date 3 weeks from now, because June was to far awayHave a new car arriving and bought all brand new expensive parts and accessories for auto electrician to fitMate I run a business myself for over 26 years and customer service is crucial, if you cant do the job or not interested that’s absolutely no problems at all just express it professionally, but don’t be so hammered on the phone your rude to me, then when I try again to give another change because everyone has a bad day, your even ruder.It’s a shame mate

Had car troubles on a drive home from work, initially RACQ came out to help. They charged a lot (and I'm a member) and they were unsuccessful. The next day I called Jack, he came out within 20min of my call to take a look at my car, diagnosed within minutes, ordered appropriate parts and came back first thing the next morning with those parts and performed an installation. The works were done within 30 mins and my car is as good as gold now. No messing around, no ridiculous overcharges, very professional and reliable. I will opt to use Jack before anyone else in future if needed.

I can’t comment on the quality of their work - because they didn’t show up to an arranged appointment. I’d say I was just forgotten. Stayed home from work for nothing. Untrustworthy.

Came to my house for free quote, ordered part straight away and put in as soon as it arrived. Excellent pricing. Highly recommend.
