My work tried ordering new silos from these guys and were very disappointed with the lack of communication, support and service offered; especially when talking to people who may not have ever ordered silos before.We would recommend going elsewhere for anything silo / Macadamia related.

Engaged Company to provide a quotation for new Silos. Company responded with details regarding pricing and itemised services.When I asked questions regarding the work involved, particulars of the job, and asked for lead time - my questions weren’t answered.When I followed up over a month later, the questions are still unanswered. Frustrated from the lack of customer service I asked for some version of professionalism from this company, there response was to now refuse the job. (Well within their right)Heed this warning;This company won’t respond In reasonable timeframe, this company will try to blame you, the customer for their short comings, this company is shady.A message to the owner; your staff will continue to lose you business if you do not respond to your clients, it seems both front of house of your MD need an education on what professionalism and acceptable customer service is.
