I had a great experience here last week. Jenny (I'm pretty sure this was her name) was so fantastic and lovely. She knew exactly what I wanted and offered some great suggestions for styling. She was incredibly attentive and professional, even with a line of people waiting behind me. Could not recommend more highly. Really affordable too!

$42 to remove 1mm of hair on my 10 year old. The most impersonable experience she had ever had - what is usually a pamper session at other salons was sitting in silence. The giveaway that this was going to be terrible should have been that the salon was empty despite the mall being busy

A huge thank you to the stylist who cut my son's hair recently - he hates hair cuts and gets very anxious about them. She did an amazing job gradually working to his comfort level, talked to him about styling, and met both our needs. I can't recall her name but she's given him the best hair cut experience of his life, and I hope you can find a way to reward her! We'll be going back even though it is 100km from home.

The stylist that did my hair today was absolutely amazing she took the time to help me through how I should cut my hair and certain treatments and my hairstyle turned out amazing thanks to her advice and techniques! Tbh I hate just cuts and only go there because it's cheap but I felt I was in the care of professionals.

Great service from the two lady workers this morning friendly and helpful and quick and I managed to get a haircut at the same time as my kid without any worry he was very happy with his balloon and lollipop he asked if he could go back next week

I was a walk in when there were no other clients. I wanted the small undercut underneath my hair clippered back to a grade three. It took no more than 120 seconds and then I went to pay. $27,50!!! The next time I went to another Albury salon and got an undercut AND fringe trim for $15. Just Cuts is friendly enough but be wary of its charges. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I came in and asked for a female mullet. I showed the photo and asked if she could do it. I've just left looking like Ringo Starr and super upset. Not even a 15 minute appointment for a cut, wash and blow dry which wasn't even done properly and a quick spray. I didn't have to heart to say anything as I was told they have only two staff on, and the other is an apprentice so I'm definitely not going to be able to get this fixed even if it does get offered. I look absolutely ridiculous.
