A potters Journey | Intimate Pottery Studio, offering small Wheel Classes in a relaxing, open Bush Setting. Josh, the potter behind "A potters Journey' welcomes you to his private studio in the Gold Coast Hinterland. The studio boasts Brand New Nidec-Shimpo Pottery Wheels. Classes on Wheel throwing, Glaze making, and Hand Building available. Access to the studio is by appointment only.

Josh is an amazing pottery teacher. He is a great communicator with clear explanations of the techniques and is very patient and encouraging. By the end of the session, I wanted to carry on and continue throwing more clay!! I was really pleased with my output (see photo). His business is also in a lovely location - an outdoor setting but with cover so that you get to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while learning!
