Very helpful staff. I had to get a sample for a foundation and the store got closed but one of the girls grabbed it quickly for me. The girls at mecca are always awesome. ❤️❤️

If you need skin care advice, go to Sophie! :)Since the store opened, she's been the most helpful, Mecca specialist.Sophie took the time, to explain products & she answered, all of my questions.She should be working for the research department (if any), due to her extensive knowledge.Sophie was very friendly & genuinely, wanted to help.

Erika's customer service was phenomenal. Not only did understand what I was after but she choose the perfect products. She also took the time time to teach me techniques on how to specifically apply the products. She went above and beyond.

I have been coming to Mecca for years , the products are ok and the service is good but that’s about it really , Customers get nothing in return for their locality , there’s no discount on any items or sales anytime of the year . Sephora is world wide brand with a wide range of products just as good and even better they offer discounts and sales, gifts and vouchers , I get nothing from Mecca 0 .. I spent thousands to realise that I am getting no benefit so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.. Oh that beauty loop BS you get nothing .. very stingy and selfish of Mecca not to give back. A fancy wrapping and free bag doesn’t cut it ..

My first time ever shopping at Mecca I had great experience Thanks to Sophie at MacArthur Square, She taught me so much about makeup in only such limited time. She also made sure my foundation match was PERFECT!! 1000% the best costumer service in Australia i’ve ever received. She was Bubbly, Genuine & gave honest Advice. I was served my a lovely lady named Sophie who honestly went above and beyond to help me find the right shades and makeup for my skin and skin care products that suit me. She was so kind and sweet and I felt really went above and beyond for me so I'm very grateful and wanted to give her a little shout-out here for her amazing work :) thanks Sophie!

Always friendly and happy to help. I've walked out of sephora due to their bad customer service, straight into this store and walked out with more makeup than I planned. Will always come here knowing I will get service and help.

Customer service from Ally was amazing. I told her i had no idea what i was doing and she didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. She didn’t push me into buying expensive alternatives, instead kept my basket minimal to suit my budget. She immediately sat me on a stool to find my perfect match, and made me so comfortable. Such a great girl, will definitely find her when i have new enquiries.

I was greeted on arrival by Marwa and she was so absolutely lovely! She helped me grab some skincare samples for my boyfriend (he wasn’t with me but she was eager to help regardless!) who has eczema and walked me through how I can help him use it and look out for it he has any reactions. She listened carefully and answered any questions I had. I’m super grateful for her help! :)
