I had to write a review, first time using metro mix, I usually use boral, though I was sick and tired of Boral being late and one guy ran into my worker with the chute nearly chopping him in half once, very unprofessional company. I always got ripped off from boral as well. And rubbish customer service always pushing us to get to new jobs even if we pay them for their time. But to be honest from the get get go, I spoke to a gentleman named James and he was up front about price and it was fair, he told me a time, and dead set they delivered perfectly on time. Nice bloke James. Also the customer service was impeccable, the driver was a top bloke too, great to work with and knew exactly what to do, sorry I didn’t ge the drivers name, and he was out on his way, leaving us with quality concrete perfect amount of water in mix, which made our job so easy and hassling free. Very tidy when they cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess. Spewing I used boral for this long. Metro mix top quality service. Keep it up. Definitely will be using them again.Note: Toongabbie 2:30pm job.
