I initially spoke with George and Aleksandra, then Alice stepped in after Aleks left. The entire team was kind and patient - always answering the many questions I had. We got the desired outcome with their assistance and support through an extremely nerve-racking application process. I cannot thank the team enough, and wish them the very best in the adventures with the new firm.

Wow !! The best lawyers and the best service we got!!They act like an ordinary people but put in superhuman effort for their client. They work on plan A, and prepare yourself for plan B and if plan B doesn't work, they have plan C ready for you. Alice and George make a best team which I have worked through my case. I’ve used them several times over the years for various immigration scenarios and have found them to be very very good. First time for my wife’s prospective wife visa, second time when my wife’s temporary visa got invalidated when she went overseas with out getting a bridging visa, third for my mother in laws visiting visa and fourth when we were looking at getting my brother in law a student visa. I’ve also come to realise how lucky I am to have them as my immigration agent after I hear all these horror stories from other friends about other immigration agents they’ve dealt with. John Lombardi is very honest. When we tried to consult with them on getting a student visa for my brother in law they charged us half the price for the initial consultancy when they quickly assessed that our situation was best addressed by an agent that did student visas. Highly recommend them!

My family cannot speak highly enough of George Lombard and his amazing team. George has been in our lives for 7 years, fighting for us to get permanent residency which unfortunately has brought many hurdles due to our son's intellectual disability.
