Extremely unprofessional! Took them 2+ weeks to recover nothing from my hard drive. They wouldn’t return phone calls to update me on the process. I collected it to take it elsewhere, it was separated from the job card and tucked away with some else’s order.Took it elsewhere and it was fully recovered in less then 48 hours. Won’t ever recommend them to anyone!

Serious problems with my Alienware laptop. Actually fixed it better then it has been since out of the box. At a very reasonable price. Incredibly happy with the service.

Excellent Service - the guys there are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. They happily updated my motherboard and tested it for me with my own processor. Not to mention at a very affordable price. 10/10
