I took my house water pump in as it was sounding quite distressed and like it may not last another day, Colin at alpha serviced it and I have to say the pump is running absolutely beautifully now, much quieter and no leaking at all. Could not be happier with the service at alpha and would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks Colin and team!

If I can give Colin 6 stars, I would.I removed an old dishwasher and the faucet was over-tightened so I couldn't turn off the water. The water just gushes out of the pipe. I turned off the water main and went to Colin to buy a cap to stop it. Colin used his creativity from years of experience and fixed the over-tightened faucet for me. He wasn't going to charge me anything... I insisted on paying for the cap (cheap, as well) that I came to Alpha PMS for.When I told my husband about what happened, he said yes
