Australian Pool Resurfacing

We had a 20 year old in ground vinyl liner pool that was nearing its end, after multiple quotes to have a fiberglass shell installed I stumbled upon APR! We decided we wanted to re shape the existing pool and we were really surprised how easy the process was from quote to renovation. The guys were great and the end result speaks for itself! Harvey and Ashley were fantastic from start to finish. They were fast and efficient and completed the initial works in 3 days. We requested additional work to be done and they accommodated our requests and fit us in even though they were extremely busy at the time. We are very happy with the finished result, our pool looks great. We also found them to be reasonably priced considering the size of the job. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and always took our calls even if they were out of hours to answer any queries we had. Jasmine in their office is extremely helpful also. Really great and very friendly guys . Highly recommend them and also have recommended them to our neighbours who are also getting their pool resurfaced.

We had our pool resurfaced in 2020 by APR. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience. $13,500 later, the pool looks worse now then it did before we had it fixed. The osmosis and black spots are back, the paint is peeling and other issues. We have tried numerous (and I mean a lot) attempts over 3 years to call, email, and text with little or no response from APR to fix the issues. Now we are left with an ugly pool that still needs fixed.

From start to finish we endured A1 service. Even though we live in regional NSW nothing was an issue. Our pool was converted from a liner to fibreglass and Harvey let us know what was happening every step of the way and the end result was just amazing. We just could not be happier with our pool. The lads at APR did an amazing job on my pool. Once the pool was emptied, they identified more damage than we had expected. Even with the additional damage, rain delays and good old COVID interruption the lads got the pool done prior to summer as promised. The pool has never looked this good and is performing as if it is brand new! I would recommend APR and Fiberglass renovation of a concrete to anyone in need of an upgrade. I would 100% pay to have this done again!
