Horrific company to deal with. Have left us without a fridge and warranty refund for over 3 months now. Customer support is fragmented, convoluted, and inconsistent, often asking for the same information across different agents. No sense of care nor urgency for refunding a critical household item. Never, ever again.

OMG!!!! is all i can say the level of service i got out of Shelby was second to None she was amazing to deal with and went above and beyond my Hisense 75 inch tv failed a few days out of warranty but they honoured it and are replacing the whole TV... i am so glad that a lot of my home appliances are Hisense can not recommend these guys enough.. if i could give more then 5 stars i would

Aircon broke exactly one year after purchase.Been trying to contact them for 4 days. 1.5h hold and no answer. Left my number for a call back 3 days in a row and nothing happened. Today I decided to be on hold for as long as it took…after 2h someone answered. Asked me for serial number, purchase date and invoice number. Went looking for the invoice for the number and the hopeless person hang up the phone. This is disgusting. The aircon is used in a commercial premisses which is needed every day and I have no aircon for at least 2 weeks because I can’t even book a technician or understand what’s wrong.It makes me sick to my stomach having to spend sooo much time of my busy hours having to deal with simple things like this.

Hisense are hopeless, zero stars. If you want a simple electronic user manual, you can't get it online. If you ask them for one, they ask for all your personal information and request an account set up which is unneccesary to mail out a hard copy. Poor service, will buy another brand that aren't afraid of having available online support documents.

My front loader washing machine is less than a year old. Door will not unlock it took, 2 and a half weeks for a technician to come out. He had a look for 5 mins and said he didn't bring the right part and it'll take another week until he can get it. Hisense are no help just keep telling us to call the repair company

Purchased hisense TV 18 months ago from day one they tube and 7 + was freezing up, and still is ,no point getting a customer service card with contact number if you can't get through to they,press 1 for call back no call back,be careful purchasing hisense products

Appalling customer service - have been trying for weeks to speak to someone or get a call back regarding a warranty issue. The one time I did get through the supposed 'fix' never arrived so now back to square one.

If I could give 0 stars I would Hisense I brought an 8kg washer September last year broke 4 times, demanded a replacement I had to agree to downgrade to a smaller and cheaper washing machine which broke after 3 washers, had to wait 2 weeks for a new washer. This is it 1 wash in strait leaking ruined my brand new floor. It is now lifting I can ring up and complain for what, another faulty product sent.I either have to pay $50-$100 a week at the laundry mat or spend Christmas savings for my kids to buy a new one why…Cause u will send me another broken machine can’t even get a store credit because the company wants $150 for a pick up fee and all there washing machines are over $900 I got one on sale and now I know why it was a broken one made to look new.It’s my only theory that you guys pick up broken machines clean up and send out looking new how else can you possibly explain 3 broken machines in a row

Rubbish. Don't expect a replacement or refund of anything faulty. They will give you tasks to perform, take photos and videos of your faulty product and then reject you and tell you your product is not covered by any warranty.This has been my experience with a faulty flawed design 75 TV used for only 3 weeks.The TV is designed to fail if you create a breeze of you walk in the room.Update: I bought and paid for another HiSense TV to replace the above one and the antenna input on the TV is so loose it swivels

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I bought a Hisense refrigerator from JB Hi-Fi Liverpool less than a year ago, and it has started giving me problems two weeks ago. The refrigerator is still under warranty but I haven't been able to get in touch with Hisense at all. I have been waiting on hold for several hours everyday for the past two weeks but nobody answers the phone. I have also tried emailing several times, submitting an enquiry through their website and also contacting them through JB Hi-Fi - all unsuccessful. I am extremely disappointed and disgruntled. I had no idea the customer service would be this unresponsive, unhelpful and indifferent, and I would never recommend Hisense to anyone. There is no point of a 3 year warranty if customer service is uncontactable!
