Absolutely appalling service from these guys, partner took their car in for a RWC and it has already been in two weeks and they keep using excuses that parts need to arrive and won’t even give us a quote on the service itself. They are all over the place and none of the receptionists even know what’s going on and are outright rude.

Honest, friendly, reliable, affordable and just a great company to deal with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Thank you very much my car is running absolutely amazing!

Took my car in 8am. Waited all day never got a call as to what was happening. I rang twice was told the guy dealing with my car was out the 2nd time I rang I was told this guy was on his way back 45minutes later no call still. I went there 4.45pm to be the the guy that was looking at my car was the one I spoke to Phone but he was telling me the guy that was out when I rang was dealing with my car. Talk about confusion. So nobody had even checked my car all day then they looked at it for 5 seconds while I was there then told me to take it to another mechanic. Absolutely useless will never go there again

Way overpriced for the quality of the work.I got a roadworthy check done with them which cost $220 and apparently took 8 hrs to do (pretty standard price I’m told) and was told I needed a couple of things done for a road worthy which they charged an extra $350 and an extra 5 hours (no parts just labour, maybe an hours work for any decent mechanic), so I finally get my car back and the work done was really ordinary, so they have just charged me $570 total and 13 hours with my car for what should have taken around an hour or an hour and a half for most mechanics and all I really got out of it was a piece of paper (rwc)I would not recommend these guys, I would recommend Travs Auto instead, unfortunately I found out about them afterwards

Have been using the services of Wil's auto now for many years for general log book scheduled servicing, repairs minor and major, and also numerous occasions for rwc upon selling my vehicles. Works have been carried out on various makes and models of cars and trucks I have owned over the years so they cater for all types of vehicles, their new workshop is extensive and Brett with his family and skillful team have always delivered fully on their promises and on time. Brett is a gentleman and always willing to go that extra mile for his clients he is trustworthy and always fair with his price structure and I never feel the need to continually ask him for quotes as I know he will not ripp me off! Brett the owner is a friendly respectful kind man and I noticed this one afternoon when a new customer walked in and bombarded him with a multitude of questions and he still took the time to answer all his questions eventhough he was so busy and had so many jobs on the go, this shows the person he is.So if you need a mechanic look no further Brett's knowledge and service is amongst the best out there. I hardly ever take any of my cars to a mechanic, and when I do I always end up at Wil’s, all you need is a honest advise, professional work, and reasonable pricing, and this shop has it all,Just be patient and have reasonable expectations, they’ll sort your problem for sure,I’m a MOPAR guy, so trusting my pars in the hands of anyone else is not easy, especially my SRTs, that just how it is, but wil’s auto looks after them good.15 years later and I still keep coming back.

Wils is a great place to take your vehicle. Brett is great to deal with and the boys out the back are amazing. Especially young Shannon who has worked back numerous times to ensure my car was safe to drive away. I have seen them diagnose some problems many other mechanics can't. I very strongly recommend taking your pride and joy here

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. My car needed engine mounts and a service and they completed it quickly, at a reasonable cost and the car drives like brand new! The young mechanic Luke is amazing! I’ll definitely be back when the car is due for the next service.

My husband try to get his Car RWC there at Will’s Auto, and they told him that they ordered the parts for his car to pass his RWC and we waited for weeks but always come up with excuses and we took back the car before holiday and till now there’s no words from there. He also took $220Same story with my car, I drop off my car there and when I got it back there a starch that looks and feel like a metal cut. Also cost me another $220 just to look at the car and tell me what I already know but can’t seem to find out what’s wrong.
