I dont know how to exlpain but i am very happy and i will strongly recommend this place to everyone, I had problem in my iphone7 and my phone warrenty was expired I give a call to MAC1 Repairer and explained problem to them they ask me to bring phone to the shop,next day i took my phone to them they checked the phone and they told me not to worry although phone warranty is expired but phone is still covered under consumer law, i was very happy to hear that, after a 5 day i received massage that your phone is ready you can pick up, I went to MAC1 store and i was given another phone with out any charges.When i came home my housemate were surprised to know this.As a customer i noticed following important things,* Each time I call to the MAC1 repairer store their tone was very polite that i feel easy to explain or ask about the status of my phone*On my first call I was explained very professional that i booked appointment striaght away and didnt bother to contact any other repairer*I was served directly, did not need to wait*Staff members were very friendly.I am very thankful to all staff member at MAC repairer store, I will strongy recommend this place to others.Regards,Khyber Khattak

I had a warranty claim, it was handled by Angela in a very professional and competent manner, she was so helpful explaining the issue to me, nothing was to much trouble; Angela fully investigated the matter for me which was concluded to my complete satisfaction in a very timely way. I would recommend Mac1 Service at Cambridge to anyone based on the excellent customer service I received that exceeded my expectations.

I had some issues with my AirPods about 5 months after purchase. JB sent them to Mac1 and the service was exceptional. They contacted me promptly (there were some issues with the paperwork that they were sent and they were straight onto it), they kept me updated, the service was very friendly and the AirPods were back to me within a few days. I couldn’t recommend Mac1 highly enough.

These people are awesome. Bought in my 2017 Macbook pro as one the keys had come off. I was almost certain I would have to get an external keyboard. Angela and her team were incredibly helpful - worked with Apple to ensure I could keep the unit while the parts were ordered - and then completed the repair perfectly. Could not be happier

Angela is an angel.We always buy from Apple's website, and anytime there's an issue with one of their devices, she repairs or replaces them without an issue.Being in Tasmania means we have to do without an Apple Store, but I'd argue Angela at Mac1 easily tops the Apple service with ease.All repairs have been done correctly and professionally. Clear communication and no beating about the bush, make the hassle of needing a repair a breeze.The only downside is that they moved a 20 minute car ride from the CBD which is rather annoying if you have to wait for a 3 hour laptop repair. Come back to town Mac1, we miss you!

I decided to take my Macbook Pro 2015 in yesterday due to an unfortunate spilling experience with Coca-cola vs my laptop. I must say the customer service was top notch and i felt as though my laptop was in the best hands possible. Davide went above and beyond with his work, also providing me with lots of additional information on maintaining a good working laptop. I now have a perfectly working computer and my expectations were exceeded. I definitely recommend if you come across any problems with any of your apple products.
