Took a 8KVA generator there as the motor was running very rough.Picked it up and tested it at out depot and it was still running very rough and now not producing power.Returned it for them to have another look.Told me it was running fine and that it was an electrical issue.Took it to another repairer and they fixed the issue which was a poorly adjusted governor and the generator was working fine, no electrical issue at all.Very ordinary to say the least.

Was advised incorrectly and sold the wrong blades for my ride on mower after providing all information required by me. It wasn't until I'd used them a few times I noticed that they weren't quite cutting right. I understand everyone makes mistakes so went in to discuss the issue and get the correct blades but was basically brushed off and sent on my way without him taking any responsibilty or an offer from him to rectify his mistake.Walked into another mower company with the same information and was supplied with the correct replacement blades that work as intended.

This guy is awesome. Recommended to me by the manufacturer. I've used him twice now. Really, really knows his stuff and gives honest diagnoses (the sort of guy who you can say to please check the belts and replace if necessary" safe in the knowledge he won't use it as an excuse to rip you off). After my experience with other mower mechanics this is a breath of fresh air. The only negative is his workshop is in the middle of nowhere so it's quite a drive - but it's a drive I'll be making from now on."
