About the Business

The Sushi Factory | Sushi Platters for delivery or pick up | The Sushi Factory was a long time dream of The Fish Factory co-owners Andrew and Chris. Similar to The Fish Factory concept, it became apparent that the business could supply themselves with the highest quality produce to create sushi and sashimi and wanted to offer this to their existing customers.

Great local plane for sushi that's hidden within the Fish Factory retail shop.We ordered from the counter, then sat down in the indoor seated area. There's also outdoor seating if you'd like that better.Overall really good quality fish, spicy tuna was not cooked (like 90% of the incorrectly prepared tuna nigiri in Australia), and all the items we ordered were excellent.I'm guessing we're not the only ones that think they're good by their nearly perfect rating.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
