Grace Threading

The first time I went here they had excellent customer service and I loved my threaded eyebrows. However the second time, I asked for a ‘touch up’ and not to take away much hair on my eyebrows. I had extremely thin eyebrows in the end. I was very unhappy with the result because it will take ages to grow back. I understand if she wanted to do an ‘efficient’ job but it was not what I asked for. I don’t know if I will be returning...

I went here yesterday for threading and will never come back, they have completely ruined my brows, a chuck is missing in one side, the other side is so thin and not evenly cuthorrible experience !!

My baby was sleeping so I took the opportunity to walk in. They had time right away for an eyebrow threading. I'm really impressed with their efficiency & skill. My eyebrows look great :)Very convenient location near Big-W.

Made an appt for lashes 2 days prior, left work early to be told our eye lash lady isn't in today".No communication

Went to Grace Threading in Springfield a few weeks ago for a clean up of brows, upper lip and chin area. Asked her specifically not to touch the shape. She took the end of my right brow off (small but noticeable) Wasn't clean either. Had to tweeze the next day. Paid $40 for barely anything done. Whereas the Orion Nail bar does a full face wax for $45. Will be going there next time.

I went to get a facial and henna brows and eyelash tint and threading. My threading was great, brow tint was way too dark for my complexion, my eyelash tint made no difference at all. The facial was supposed to be for an hour but it took them 20 minutes to set up and they couldn't figure out how to work the steam machine. They used baby wipes to clean the products off the skin. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I won't be going back there. Was such a waste of money.

i got a henna tattoo today, i chose out a simple design out of the booklet they gave me, and my results did not match the picture. i also payed 35 dollars to not like what i got. was expecting better…

This was my first time returning in 12 months from a bad experience that I somehow must of forgotten to try again.Firstly I went and got a brochure that they had and decided on #7 package eyebrow, lip and chin thread for $35 normally $40 it saidThere was 2 worker in the store I was then informed that if I wanted the whole chin done it would be $40 that didn't sit right with me as it states that is the normal price and felt like they were trying to rip me offThe special didn't say anything about top half of chin so I told them I really just needed my eyebrows done I was going to just treat myself so don't worry about package, they then seemed upset with me and they both started talking to me at the same time check in"

Absolutely shocking!! There is only ONE girl who knows what she is doing and she is NEVER There anymore and the rest are a bunch of monkeys with string! The shape of my eye brow is far from normal, and SUPER THIN. I’m a guy! I just wanted to clean it up! Not get pin thin tips that don’t even blend in with the rest of the eye brow. I’m embarrassed to even go out in public with these eye brows! They are dam lucky I don’t have to attend an important event or else I would have done more than just a bad review! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!! If I was you, I would stay clear also if you wanna keep any hair on your face!

While I was very happy with the staff and service (eyebrow threading, tint, lash lift and tint), I really wish the price was stipulated before starting, and that the henna that was offered would of cost extra, it is ok for staff to ask if you want extra's but out of respect it should follow with this will cost and extra x amount
