Highly recommend this company,Avrin Build Pty Ltd I had my kitchen and bathroom installed and renovated by a wonderfull fully equipped and highly experienced team.Would definitely use them for future renovations.

The Team at avrin Kitchens and Bathrooms are professionals and experts in the renovation industry. I have had my kitchen, bathroom, out by this team and to say that I am impressed with their work in an understatement. Their attention to detail, knowledge and clean work is astonishing, nothing short of perfection. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering renovations.

Very bad experience with him, he is not professional. He did my bathroom and toilet, all the tiles been installed by him is chipped and not labeled properly. He was keep asking me the money every day. I will advise people please record the conversation when you agree to do the job with him and let him write everything on the piece of paper before you sign the contract. after taking the money he says this things are not included and he will ask more money. He installed vanity in the bathroom which was blocked and leaking, he did whole bathroom even he didn’t put silicon on the shower screen and it is leaking. He has installed two toilets back to the wall, he left the 2 inches gap behind the water tank and made the silicone ball and put it behind the water tank to hide it. At the other hand he has installed the exhaust fan with heater which was falling down, it was very dangerous for my family, I had requested him several time which was hazard and he was ignoring me. I had called another electrician to fixed it which had costs me $150. If any body want to see his job, I am more then happy to provide the pictures. So I have 0 rating for his work.

Avrin and his team did my 2 bathrooms and toilet/laundry area. I dont like to leave bad reviews unless it is needed.They have very poor attention to detail, and are very rough in their work.Multiple tiles were chipped and scratched. I asked them to replace, they replaced some, but the ones that were near shower head or architrave they did not replace.They scratched my beautiful new Timberline basin, and their attitude was 'not a big deal, can hardly see it'. They only fixed the scratches when I told them I wouldnt be making the final payment.The bath was installed with a chip in the rim and I showed this to him and he said he couldnt do anything about it.Their painting work is not of high quality, poor patching, drip marks etc.They used different colour grout on the white tiles (as in same white tiles on different walls have different coloured grout).The shower screen is also leaking significantly, you cannot shower in it without water dripping all out the door.I have been asking Avrin to come back the grout and shower screen since the job was completed (for over 2 months) however now the job is over he just keeps ignoring me.I have been contacting him daily, and although he did reply once saying he would come back and fix these things, he still does not respond to my text messages or answer my calls.So overall from afar the bathrooms look good, but on closer inspection you can notice all the chipped tiles and poor patching / painting and we can't shower in the main bathroom because the water just leaks everywhere.He offers warranty, but I doubt he would be easy to contact again if I had any issues that would be covered under warranty.I would not recommend using him given my experience.
