Gosh, quite an unpleasant experience! Called to find out if they have vaccination appointments, and instead received a lecture from a female staff member on how I shouldn’t be ‘panicking’ and getting my vaccine booster within the 3-4 months, and should instead stick to the 6 months that was originally recommended. They ridiculed me too, laughing when I said I was just going off government advice - I was quite unpanicked and calm, just simply looking for a place to book in my booster. When I gave in and said I might wait a bit longer, the staff member promptly hung up the phone and ended the call. I hardly think Pharmacy customer service floor staff should lecturing and advising customers on when to get their Covid-19 booster. Go elsewhere for your booster. Their 2 for $30 RATS are also more expensive than Chemist Warehouse’s next door.

Overpriced and Ripped off.Bought some medication paid $16 in Mittagong for it bought the same medication in Brunskills and was charged just over $31 for it... when I questioned it the Asian chemist serving me, laughed and said you pay a premium for shopping in Mosman. I bought the same medication today at Neutral Bay, cost just under $20.SAME PRODUCT!!! each time.Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Total rip off, not good treating your customers like that, quickest way to lose customers...

Barbara (pharmacist) is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, not tempted to go anywhere else for prescriptions even if it saves a few dollars.

Lovely, friendly staff and always obliging whether it is regarding flu shots or arranging prescriptions to be home delivered. Very personalised with their service.

So happy with my new Pharmacy. No more large chain chemist on the same street. I had a script that required a compounding job and this was a breeze for Brunskills but I was seen as a bit annoying further up the road - so pleased with Brunskills and will have all my pharmacy needs met from now on with them.

Brunskill's Pharmacy does not supply Absence from Work Certificate" although listed under their services on the Pharmacy Guild of Australis's website
