Ideal place to go for greeting cards and gifts as they have a huge variety. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. They kept me updated about a product I wanted letting me know when it would be coming back in stock. Great customer service!

Truly a lovely place to shop. Only recently moved to Moonee Ponds and discovered this gift store. So many lovely items to choose from and many different types of gifts also. Card variety is extensive!! Staff are so courteous, polite and go out of their way to help without hovering. Complimentary gift wrapping with quality paper is a bonus! Always a pleasure to shop or browse here.

I am so grateful for the excellent service I received from Charlie over the phone today. I had been meaning to buy gifts for some friends I am catching up with tomorrow but I injured my leg and haven't been able to go anywhere all week. Charlie was super helpful over the phone, even offering to send me a photo of something I couldn't find on the website. She organised my order and made sure it was ready for pick up by the uber collect I ordered. It's been a while since I've experienced customer service like this. She's a keeper!
