Came here to fill. Was already having erge to going to toilet. So filled up and went straight to toilet . Came out and the Indian cashier was so rude to me . I asked him don't u see I am rushing to toilet. Use your common sense. He told me to use mine and use my brian . Extremely rude service. Never have I ever got this kind of treatment from a servo before. Plz kindly have a conversation with this staff, teach him some customer service. Will not come here to fill again .

Car wash is reasonable-2 basic car washes for $14.00, though car wash breaks down often. Owners don't obviously care about the state of cleanliness. There is always rubbish scattered about, some of it no doubt, created by negligent Hungary Jacks patrons.

I have been kept waiting for the 95 pump due to people leaving their car unattended whilst eating inside at the Hungry Jack's restaurant. There is only one pump for this grade of petrol and you can get blocked in waiting for someone to finish a meal.

Overpriced petrol and rude employees. Purchased a car wash a month ago and on a second attempt to use it today, was still closed. Understandable with water restrictions. But asked for a refund only to be told it had expired (mate, I can count 45 days) and also told it had only been closed for 3 days. Another blatant lie. Seriously unimpressed. Pull your heads out of your proverbial bottom.

My pump was deactivated before finishing because I was using my mobile phone. Shell is continuing an urban myth that come up in the 90s with no scientific background and zero accidents around the world. Get educated, review your safety policies and don't be rude with your clients. How can you ask your clients to TURN OFF their mobile device to use a gas pump. Do the SHELL safety advisors turning OFF their mobiles when they arrive at a gas station? Nobody does. You look ridiculous asking something like that. I would understand if you don't want your clients getting distracted by ther phones but take the right message out there with the right signs explaining the risks and give a warning. Not turning OFF the pump and putting me in a position waiting in front of the pump without knowing what is happening.

Absolutely no reason to go here. Go down the road to Cleveland for cheaper fuel, go anywhere else for a car wash that won’t rip you off. Doesn’t look like management responds to reviews, so I’m just writing this to encourage people to go elsewhere. All the reviews across the years of poor customer service and being over priced still hold true. Bought the 2 car washes for 30$ deal. You don’t get informed you have to use both washes within 60 days until after your purchase. ( why is that in place anyway). Ended up not being to use the second wash within 60 days because the Stay At Home order was in place for most of east Sydney. Went 2 days after the 60 days. Was just told no. That I should have read the receipt. Absolute 0 care, consideration or thought that maybe some of their customers didn’t see going to the car wash as an essential reason to leave the house. Was told I can talk to the manager in the morning but they would even give me a number to call and said I can google it. It takes a lot to upset me, but they managed to do it, I am more than willing to be the example they use in marketing about an unhappy customer telling everyone.

One young staff there was very rude. He kept upselling products we didn’t want and got offended when we said no.Afterwards, he deliberately not crediting me the 4c discount voucher for his ego boost.

Purchased two basic car washes, used the first today. The machine didn't do a good job, wheels still dirty and didn't clean top of rear bumper on my vw multivan. The rest of the car was just ok. It was amazing how dirty the inside of the car wash was, drink bottles, plastic food container and bags. Obviously the doors haven't been clean for some time as there was mould on both doors. Looks like a real health hazard. I bet Coles would be interested in the appearance of the station

Bought a 2 for $20 car wash. After using 1 car wash there must of been a problem with the system when I went to use the 2nd car wash it had already said 2 have been used which was not true. Staff was rude and telling me that I must of used two because the system is working fine. So than I ask which days have they been used he couldn't tell me. He was very rude telling me I must of used it twice already. After getting annoyed with the situation because he was causing a scene Infront of everyone I walked out sat in my car thinking about it I thought this bs. I want what I have paid for. Went back in he was even more rude and aggressive still saying I'm not calling you a liar but it isn't possible for the system to have a problem. Then he said okay I will give you a refund of $5. I said I don't want a refund I just want to get my car washed beside the refund should be$10. He was than a smart ass saying why would you want to use a system if it's broken. He then refunded me $10 and said I will not sell you a new car wash ticket.
