first time using the dog wash this afternoon my boy normally hates getting washed but he enjoyed it.. also we like that its close to home!!

I like this carwash, the vacuum gives you 6 mins for $2 which I think is decent. The washing facilities are standard with the option to speed dry aswell. Had an issue with the coin changer and found the attendant to be very friendly and helpful, resolved the issue immediately.

At first the change machine didn’t cash out my $20 note, but upon calling the owner he was more than happy to help. He paid for my wash which was only $12 but I am more than happy for him to keep the remaining $8 simply because it was such an easy process to call and deal with the issue.Recommend to anyone in the area needing to wash their car or vacuum the inside of their car. Usually unproblematic, but even with any issues the customer support is A+.

I used the dog wash a few times successfully the water is warm normal and oatmeal shampoo for the sensitive skin dogs, conditioner, cologne flea and tick wash and a dryer hose.1 time the machine took my money but didn’t work, I contacted the number on the door next to the dog wash and received a response swiftly.The guy was nice apologetic gave a refund and fixed the machine straight away.The car wash is great as well, all the equipment and hoses are in good condition, has high pressure

We had our car wash here after driving thru dusty road condition.There are few washing options foam, water, vacuum and the facilities are convenient and easy to use.There are few coin changer machine at the back so need not worry if you do not have any coins you can change it on the spot.

I have gone here often to wash my car's due it's convenience close to home, but lately it's awful.Gardens are overgrown with weeds and some people don't put the tools away.Water is cold , I have used hot water elsewhere and it was great.I also didn't hear any warning sound when time was running out.May go elsewhere.

Great services incl blow drying machine. Also has a good change machine tht swaps all coins or notes into $1 coins, tht actually works 98% of the times I've been there. Also has a doggie wash on the side.Highly recommend!

I moved to Melbourne from Tasmania yesterday and thought I would use this dog wash to wash my puppy. And that was the worst decision made, extremely unhappy, disappointing and just pathetic place to wash fur babies. It was most unhygienic!! Clogged drainage which brings dirty water back on top with other dog’s fur I mean seriously??? Dryer was slow as hell and would not even dry, and whole thing cost me $30. What a rip off!!!

Hyperwash - Car and Dog Wash
Spent $17 to clean a car with no tough dirt. Everything seemed fair except drying. The air had not enough pressure to blow off the water droplets and hence had to wipe clean after returning home. I would definitely visit again but will skip a couple of steps to save a couple of dollars.
