Thanks to the amazing team at Skydive Port Macquarie helping me surprise my wife for her birthday. She started out petrified but said it was the most amazing experience of her life.

5 stars for the pilot and the young team here. However, when I was here, there was a pretty old man who was really rude and traumatised my friend. Will never recommend this place again!

The only good experience was dropping from the chopper, so Thankyou to the pilot for that wonderful experience and to the people who helped me with canopy questions and advice. However the admin side of things and the customer service was absolutely appalling. They don’t replace lost/stolen tickets that have your name and weight on them and even though it happened at the Dropzone in the allocated bag drop area, I had the receipt on my phone, bank transaction and there is a manifest log of how many jumps have been done. They showed no compassion or understanding. Had travelled all the way from the interstate for the event.Ontop of that they had the audacity to not too provide a free meal, water and sunscreen which is standard for any Skydiving event especially when you are paying a registration fee of $150Trying to resolve it with the event organisers was like fighting an uphill battle

Quite easily one of the most epic experiences I have ever had in my life! This was my second tandem jump with the crew at Skydive Port Macquarie and they are an amazing an very professional group. Extremely friendly and welcoming, they made the whole experience that much more with their awesome attitude!I’ll definitely be back to do my Skydiving certificates with them in the not to distant future.If you’ve never done it before just get up there and do it!EPIC!!!
