Just to clarify I am giving a FIVE STAR glowing review of Happy Hounds dog grooming services, not their phone answering abilities.Troy collected my dog from my home today for her very first professional groom. He was very friendly, calm, polite and on time. We were both a bit nervous (myself and my dog) and Troy happily answered all my questions setting my mind at ease. He returned her home at the estimated time looking absolutely adorable with her puppy cut" and she was happy as can be so she must have been treated well. Perfect haircut at a very reasonable price. I was thankful not to have to worry about cleaning up haircut mess or cutting her nails too short. Excellent! Thanks so much Troy

My dog can be anxious and nervous so I was apprehensive about taking her to a new groomer, especially as one of the services I wanted was having her nails clipped, something she absolutely hates. But Happy Hounds certainly lived up to its name. Excellent grooming in a caring and friendly atmosphere. And great value. I have no hesitation in recommending this business
