We have been customers of Pizza Hut for a few years now. At 13:59pm on Monday 10 th January 2023. Ordered in Narrellan Store 1512. Serviced by 4034. Jack ordered two thin one pizza had topping the other. Had very little topping what so every. Tried giving feed back got no where as no code on feed back.DWGoulding JP ret

Bought 3 pizzas about a hour ago for dinner with the family. Went to Botanical Gardens so the kids could run around. Opened up all the boxes and noticed the pizza was not hot. Pizza was dry and flavourless. After a few bites I concluded that the pizza was old and not made fresh. They must have made them earlier in the day then just re-heated them. Absolutely woeful. Do not recommend this Pizza Hut again. Next time we’ll go Crust down the road. Disappointed with dinner tonight.

Ordered 4 pizzas tonight - one of which was a Supreme on a thin and crispy base. Thin it was, but crispy? Not at all. Under-cooked mush. To be honest, it was absolutely disgusting. I managed to eat two slices only because I was hungry. Shame on you Pizza Hut. And by the way, I will be returning the leftover un-eaten pizza to you this weekend. Did I get what I paid for, Certainly not!

If you want to wait over 2 hours for a delivery that takes 5 minutes as the crow flys then go for it. Disgustingly cold and burnt when it arrived. Will never buy here again. To top it off they charged me a surcharge for this poor service. Fool me once, never twice!

Very poor service . Waiting time is usually more than an hour . Poor communication from Store and Pizza Hut customer service . Tracking app is out of sync .

Got charged a Sunday surcharge when I ordered on Saturday night. Tried to call and never answered. Raised a complaint through pizza hut number and still haven't heard anything back from them

We have been enjoying the “2 for 1” Tuesday. Standard order thin n crispy Pepperoni and Super Supreme for $15.95.Great value, plenty of tasty toppings. Last night we picked a pizza at 11:45pm and it was sooooo good. Only place we could get a feed at that time

Waited literally an hour for the delivery, the app kept saying the pizza is on it way. But time kept changing on top of that the pizza was super cold.
