There is always half an hour wait for chicken, seriously what you sell the most deforest before so customers will not wait. This is everyday story- waiting for ages and if you order another food with chicken another stuff will be cold.I want to request to the in charge person that deforest chicken extra, so you can serve customers on time. I am regular customer.

food is delicious BUT staff had trouble getting the order right. The music is too loud that you can't hear each other and we had to point at the menu cos staff couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear them much. Asked us what extras we wanted, we got cold sweet potato fries we didn't order and had to follow up on the spicy rice. we also got told we'd get corn with our order but we didn't get it. Also got the spice level of the chicken wrong. Waiting time is bearable. they should turn their music down.

An awful experience.My family and I went and we spotted a board to order online. I made a decision while sitting down with my family, saw a notification regarding the shutdown of online ordering.When I went to the counter to place an order, I was told that because they were busy, they couldn't take orders for another hour.I completely understand that they might be busy, but they should have a notice on the door instead of making consumers wait for 15-20 minutes before declining to take their orders.

Worst service ever! Waited 45 min to get the burger which was already ready and sitting the the counter for 15 minutes , asked the waiter for water his reply was “ there’s no bottle of water available “ .

One of three Nando's in the NT. This is by far the cleanest, most spacious, and friendliest Nando's in this part of Australia. The service is fast and fresh, and they will cook the food as you like it.Their new menu and specials are really good, as there seems to be a greater emphasis on healthier options.If you're a regular, sign up to their peri perks club, free meal on your birthday and a generous points system year round.

06/06/2023The service of this restaurant is really bad. The foods always takes 45 minutes or more to come even when it’s not busy. Staff won’t do any greetings and isn’t friendly at all. I asked for water to staff and they told me they don’t even have water. Foods spend 5-10 mins at counter and is brought to table. Tables aren’t cleaned up and have to ask staff to clear it every-time. I only come to this restaurant because of food not the ambiance and hospitality. Really needs good management and training to staff.

The waitress is very cocky this afternoon. She ignored me when I wanted to order. Then she didn’t bother to let me know my food was ready. Until I realized people behind me all got their food. Never ever walk in that fxxx shop anm.

Very poor customer service. They only consider large meals order to be served first. We have to inform them about our order not served yet after 40 minutes. Charged for seriously large chips and given small chips.
