As a family business, the staff are passionate and proactive about looking after customers and David is known for his caring and thoughtful approach. The pharmacy is also conveniently located across from the supermarket and has lots of parking available next door, making it easy to visit. Overall, North Balwyn Pharmacy is a great choice for a great local chemist to look after your family's health.

Great customer service for young and old. Helped me with my son's various ailments countless times and all my medication questions. Esp re: pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always happy to explore the options and explain everything clearly. Its a nice feel and such a breath of fresh air compared to other certain pharmacies! !!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful They are genuine, friendly and caring people, whom go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They take the time to explain the scripts that I bring in everytime, as well as the products that they sell in great detail. Great customer service every time. Great caring people, too.

Staff are friendly and provide a high level of care. Seem to know their local customers well. We were surprised with the wide range of baby products such as Attipas shoes and BBox which is great if you have small children.
