Wonderful and understanding staff, we recently placed a large order for new screen printed work shirts for our team, the staff assisted with great advice from screen print sizing to the weight of the fabric. They delivered good quality shirts and printing and all very quickly. Highly recommend, we will certainly be using Rhino Workwear again.

I had the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced at this store. I walked in wanting to buy shoes and although they did not have my exact size, I asked to try on a different size. The man replied, “Why? You’re not going to buy them. We’re not a try on store.” I immediately left flustered by his harsh comment. I walked back in 5 min. later to calmly tell the man that I did not appreciate this experience as I have been looking for these shoes for quite a while and he was no where helpful in showing me the styles or sizes. He replied condescendingly, “Thanks for your comment.” I asked his name to which he replied, “I don’t have to tell you my name.”This was an incredibly rude and quite discriminating experience because although I may not look like the typical “workman” customer, I am still a customer nonetheless who was not treated with equal fairness.Due to him not revealing his name, a fair description of he man is as follows for reference: middle aged in his 60s/70s, short to no hair, wearing glasses.I hope no one is treated this unfairly and I hope he learns more about customer service in the future.
