It dishearten me to type a poor review for the 360 team.In the duration of a month, my partner and I have been looking to purchase our first home.We meet with Regan upon separate occurs. Eg. at the 360 office and at a home open.We've found Regan to be unprofessional, lacks in time management and his communicational skill to be appalling.We've found this experience to be disappointing and, as a result, has steered us away from working with this company.I hope the correct amendments will be rectified.

Worst Real Estate agent in Perth. I would not recommend them to anyone. Taking advantage of tennants in the current rental market. Terrible service and would not give 1 star if I could.

I would easily rate 0/5 stars. Mark Snelson is incompetent. Would rather deal with anyone or anything but him & 360 Real Estate. If you’re selling a home & want to be ripped off he is your man. (I was sold a house & he totally ripped off the seller)Yes I did purchase a home over a year ago, thanks for remembering. I am only reviewing so late due to wanting to make sure I didn’t need to contact the realestate any further. I’m happy with my home just not your business.

Do not recommend. Mark is extremely difficult to get a hold of to even view a property. We put an offer in on a property then heard nothing back about it. Tried contacting multiple times to no avail. Finally got a hold of him and was told our offer was approved weeks ago. Very poor communication.Also had a property rented out through 360, when the tenants left the walls were disgusting and was told too bad.... Dont recommend using any aspect of this company.
