I’m no florist expert … If my wife liked/loved the flowers which she did ..they must be good !

Best florist I’ve been too. Such awesome staff who are super polite, friendly and willing to help me choose flowers for my wife which she is always blown away by.5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have ordered from Floral Army before Luxe (pop of colours) recipient of the flowers were very satisfied. I thought I'd order from them again for Chinese New Year for my parents. Luxe ($220 + vase + delivery = $270+) so I was expecting a beautiful bouquet in a vase (with pop of colours). Seeing it was a hot 40 degree days - the choices of flowers were poor. When we received the flowers, Hydrangeas were already looking very sad. And this morning, the 1st day of Chinese New Year, having wilting flowers (certainly isn't an auspicious sign to start the year of the rabbit!!!). Plus the street address was given and the delivery lady was driving around the estate, arriving at the incorrect street. In this day an age, google map would have directed you to (at least) the correct street?!!!All in all a very disappointed customer! Our girl tribe wanted to send our bestie some birthday flowers, but alas, we’re in Texas and she’s in Perth. No worries! Floral Army took great care of us! They shared photos via email to help us select the perfect arrangement and placing the order online was a breeze. OMG - I don't know how this happened - I seem to have missed, and failed to give Floral Army a review! I LOVE this shop. One of the two best florists I've ever had, and the other one disappeared from my life years ago!I live 30 metres away - every time I walk down the street with my dog, I pause at the door and breath in all the aromas of all of the beautiful flowers inside.My wife and I always get flowers here, for family birthdays, Christmas, etc.I've been taking photos of it for years - I'll have to dig through my photos and get some more to post here!LOVE YOU GUYS X X X X X X

The arrangements and hand-delivery are fantastic. We have luckily recieved 2-3 arrangements as gifts; always high quality with beautiful arrangement of healthy flowers. We have trusted Floral Army to then deliver for our friends and not been disappointed. More than happy to support our local!

I live in Sydney and I had ordered a bouquet from this company because their bunches looked incredible on their social pages and website.Got no tracking. No notification that the bouquet was delivered either.My friend sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was so bad. I obviously pretended I was happy she got it but it looked like someone just picked it from the garden and bunched it together! Even Woolies/Coles can do better. I paid $120 for this bouquet with no effort??? I could've picked somewhere else in Perth to get the bouquet from but I chose them. And because I was disappointed I sent feedback to the company yet they haven't even replied to me but they're constantly posting on their socials. Smh. Absolute waste. I'm a huge supporter of local businesses and always choose the smaller biz over the bigger one and honestly I would give 2 stars because there was no customer service whatsoever but I'm not that salty. Just putting this out there because this was not worth it.
