Have made several attempts to contact this business over a fault in stitching which became apparent after only one night's use. No response to my emails. I tried to contact them through the facebook page to no avail in fact my post immediately disappeared. Tried again today with the message "As I had no response from you maybe due to your moving your business, I again ask how I should proceed to fix this fault in the stitching which appeared after only one night's use. The stitching did not secure all layers and has exposed the inner lining. As you promote quality horse rugs and service I feel sure you would want to know about this." the post appeared only for 30 minutes before it disappeared. Really disappointed not to hear back.

Quick shipping (a week) and the sort of price you pay for iffy products from eBay.. Except this one is brilliant. Our pony is now wrapped up in a 5ft Doona, and it replaces two separate ill-fitting bits we had from elsewhere. It's in the single digits here overnight, but Astro is toasty warm. This will not be our last purchase from these guys.BTW it was this clean for about 4 hours. Then the mud rolls happened.

I have been trying to make contact to resolve me receiving the incorrect product. They have only responded to one email saying they would send me a returns label. I have not received label or any further correspondence to resolve this matter. EXTREMELY unprofessional customer service. I now have a product I can not use. Will not be recommending this business.

My mother purchased one of these rugs on my recommendation. The stitching came apart after one night only and has not been used since. For the last 2 weeks she has tried to contact Bang For Your Buck Horsegear via their email and has had no response. It's a real shame to see this lack of quality and customer service from an Australian business.They have now deleted our questions from their facebook page and blocked us from commenting.All we wanted at this point was some info on how to repair this defective rug.Avoid at all costs and spend your money on a quality product with a business that backs its products and supports in customers.

Love these combos though the sizing is VERY generous compared to other makes. Have got used to buying a size down in Bang for your Buck rugs. Not a criticism, just a heads up. If I do this, the fit is fabulous - no rubbed shoulders or hanging off the rump. Think everyone I have recommended them to has be a convert.

thanks for the great rug, service and prices. My rug arrived the next day (as promised) and fitted my large warmblood perfectly. He destroyed his other rugs so I was looking for a good supplier in Queensland where the postage delays would be minimal. Buying from interstate suppliers often takes longer transit time unless you pay a lot more for express. Will definitely be ordering again.
