I got a full set of acrylics here and was overcharged without realizing at the time. What should have been $60, I was charged $110. The very small design that I had done (took 5 minutes) is crooked and not what I asked for. The nails have been filed incorrectly and unevenly and half the nails are pointing in the wrong direction. The length is extremely different in 2 of the nails and I’ve had multiple comments from different people regarding how badly these were done. Don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of.

Disappointed! Their old staff were so much better with nails than their new staffs. This lady messed up my nail shape, length. She literally left a piece of hair looking inside my index finger. She didn’t even coat my nails properly with the SNS powder as you can see at the corner of my nails. I don’t recommend this place anymore with their new staffs. Don’t think I will go back to this place as their old staff who were so much better at their job doesn’t work here anymore. It was such a ripped off when your nails aren’t done upto your expectations.

The lady who did my pedicure this afternoon really needs to learn how to do nails properly! No dead skin removed, the lengths were different, gel was over my skin, the edges were not clear…the only good part was foot massage I guess. This is the second time I tried this store and I couldn’t be more disappointed. (The first time the same lady served me, I asked for another lady to do my job after she filed my nails, she filed my skin off. I will never go back.

My nails are in so much pain rn the lady literally ripped the skin the connects to my nails from underneath and it’s so sore and tender not to mention they are so messily done. Would not recommend this place and won’t be back. They also have way too much attitude for this poor level of service.

I am a regular customer that has been coming for years I done the right thing and made an appointment. I happened to be in the centre for lunch and asked if they could fit me in early which they said they couldn’t which was totally fine because they were quite busy. I came back for my appointment time only to be told to come Back later again as the lady I had booked for had just started doing someone’s nails. What was the point of making an appointment? Very disappointing I will never go back there again!

The worst place I’ve been to get my nails done. It took them 2h to get a simple design done, at the end she just said we cannot make it and I ended up with white nails.The nails are not even and she actually had to re do one of the nails because it had black spots on the top!!!A completely disaster!!

Worse Mani/pedi Ive ever had done. My shellac didnt even last the weekend, and my nails were filed wonky. They cut my toe nails crooked so now I have ingrown toe nails. The staff member who was tending to me was so rude, she asked me if I was pregnant. And ontop of everything, they over charged me. Worse place in Point cook, I would give them zero stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere better.

Most of the nail technicians are good at their job. However, I find that their finished product is not always great because they are rushing to get to the next customer. They are always busy and squeeze as many customers as they can.

I’ve been coming here for two years and always had great experiences. Until last Sunday I got someone new. She burnt my left eye so bad I went to a doc. I called them that same day they said only if I go back they will refund if they take it all off. She literally burnt my left eye I couldn’t see so got prescription drops and on top everything the lashes are sloppy and started to fall out cause of the huge amount of glue she used. My eyelashes are very clogged and bulky sticky, and it’s only been a week but my lashes are falling out, they never did that before and I always had them hold for 4 weeks. Not really happy about this…

Poor customer service. They were very busy with their regular customer. Been there twice and everytime bad customer service. I took my mom with me last time and they didn't even care about elderly people. Soo disappointed. Never going back again.
