Laser Clinics Australia - Kotara Westfield

I have seen cosmetic nurse Emily 3 times now and she is always a joy to deal with. I really thought I would feel intimidated by a cosmetic nurse or that I would feel pressured to go over my budget etc, but Emily is just so warm and friendly. She works within the budget I have given her and has always listened to what I want and don't want. So despite being a self-conscious person covered in freckles, with tiny lips and about 3 chins, she has never suggested i undergo any treatment that I haven't specifically asked for and I can't stress how much I appreciate that!! She makes me feel happy and confident :-)

At least five young staff congregating at reception upon my first visit, appeared to be chatting casually. This not only looked unprofessional but made me feel overwhelmed. Witnessed a client be turned away for arriving 4 minutes late for her appointment. Unsurprising she was not impressed. The therapist kept calling her lovely" when trying to diffuse the situation

I only encountered one nice staff from here. The rest are really not so nice. They are always rushing and always missing some spot! If it's still the same on my 6th appointment I'm not gonna come back here. The staff from my last appointment even tried to argue with me that they never miss spots! I'm pretty sure that the lady from my last appointment before that missed lots of spots because the hair just grew and didn't break at all.

My sister and I came in for a Brazilian and a bikini laser hair removal. The clinicians were so thoughtful and gentle. We have never felt more taken care of while getting laser. Maddy took care of me and she made me feel very comfortable and she was very efficient. All round very happy :)

I adore Laser Clinics in Kotara. The team are so friendly and do a thorough job. Very professional, kind and respectful. I have been going here over 8 years now and I get incredible service everytime which is why I keep going back.

Payed $490 for 4 area treatment waited 2 weeks for it to take effect didn't see any results. When I didn't see any results i went back to kotara laser clinic to show them that it hadn't worked they were so rude and didn't want to hear about it!! Now I've had to go somewhere else and pay for another treatment that worked would not recommend unless you want to waste your money

Recently had a Aqua 6 step facial usually I have 5step Microdermabrasion but decided it’s winter so I needed more hydration! these products where on 50% special the Aqua step was $99 & the Micro was $49 but due to having crowns I couldn’t have the 6step Aqua facial which at the time of purchase this didn’t state that with any type of metal in the mouth it’s recommended not to have the 6step but the 4step which when told at time of my appointment I went with the 4step Aqua facial! A $20 credit was given at the time due to the pricing differences.The Aqua facial wasn’t worth the extra! I feel that the the Microdermabrasion 5step is a better value as you can buy two (when on special) two Micro for the price of one Aqua facial!I felt that I was more hydrated after my 5step Micro facial then after the 4step Aqua facial.

Twice I’ve hired a support worker for my child and come in for laser only to be told I couldn’t have it done due to having used fake tan a month before.Have paid for the treatments but been refused a refund and refused the treatment. Will never use this clinic again- have wasted so much time and fuel coming to appointments. The girl was incredibly rude and ignorant to the fact that special needs parents don’t have time and money to waste. Stressful waste of a day.
