Huge selection of Tools with all major brands in stock. Milwaukee , De Walt , Makita, Festool, Hikoki, Bosch,Parlode, Sidchrome Well located on the Brisbane Rd and close to similar businesses. I had a knowledgeable man help me with finding some Router bits. Competitively priced.

In stock apparently means go in and be told no stock, the girl pretends to type on the computer to reiterate no stock, then you find it on the shelf. Not only 1 time I might add. Poor service and definitely ran by Total Tools..

Ordered a tool, told it would be in next week. 11 weeks later, 4 phone calls and told they’d chase it up and call back but never do. Only reply was the last time when I was told another month to wait. Probably the biggest pisstake I’ve seen. I’d rate this 1 star if they didn’t do me a solid on a dewalt laser warranty a few years back

Lots of options and I did my research and they don't mark up the prices from online sellers. Hence the 5 stars.Also good parking, easy access which makes life easy when Ur in a truck.

Waste of time. Do not bother with this company. I placed an order of over $2,500 for tools I required urgently, based on the website advertising multiple in stock. So I paid online and what I got in return was a very unenthusiastic phone call from Biggera Waters store to tell me there were none in stock, the website was wrong. No resolution offered, just essentially tough luck have to wait until we order them in or drive a lot further to the coomera store. What happened to customer service when this is clearly not my issue. Not shopping here ever again.

The third party delivery company were having some issues so not only did the staff chase up my small order and keep me in the loop, a staff member who lives near me hand delivered the item on her way home after a shift. Like??? Amazing?? 5 stars isn't enough!
