Very friendly receptionist, the older guy with the glasses was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. He was so lovely and an absolute lifesaver! Really nice bloke! We got a flat tyre on the way from Katherine to Alice and it was a bit of a trickier fix than usual. Would’ve been stuck for days if not weeks if they couldn’t help us out. Took about an hour and the price was very reasonable as well. Thank you!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and had no issue with the auto shop until now. I got a relative to put my bike in a month ago to get it fixed and repaired due to a cut tire. I heard a young chap wanted to fix it straight away but old fella cut in and said no which apparently he was rude as well. My bike ended up staying at the auto shop didn’t hear anything for about 2 weeks ended up ringing up apparently bike parts had to be ordered in a week went past heard nothing went in today and apparently the parts weren’t ordered in according to another worker. So disappointing considering shops can’t operate without customers. I think it’s fair to say up front if it can’t be done could have saved me the time by letting me know that my bike wouldn’t be fixed.

My experience with this garage was bref but by far the worse I had in my entire life .The rudeness of the owner was beyond belief.After my car broke down I went to ask this guy If someone from his garage could have a look at my car to see if it could be fix and was willing to pay for it . He answered on a very aggressive tone that I was wasting his time and it was no need for me to come back in his garage. He said he didn’t want to work on any Ford transit .The way he spoke to me was just unacceptable especially when you’re 400km from the nearest town in a such stress circumstances .

Popped in on Easter Saturday at 815am (online details reflecting the shop is open from 8am-12am with all Easter hours updated) - met by an old man who I explained that I have a balding front tyre and need it changed and probably a wheel alignment - got growled at in an aggressive tone by the older man, we aren't open

No issue, friendly team here. Helped me out at opening time Monday morning. In n out in 20 minutes, just a replacement spare for my van but nothing was to much for them this morning.
