Beautiful jewelry in this store. Swarovski does blingy jewelry so very well. We had a potter through here last week seeing what is new instore. The lovely young woman that served us was very helpful and provided us with a brochure on certain items we were admiring. Convenient location in Robina Town centre

Liz is very friendly and lovely sales, she introduces lots of items to us actively and patiently. She gave us a really good shopping experience.

My Swarovski ring which I've had less than two years, has had crystals fall out and the band tarnished for the second time, after previously having the whole ring replaced under warranty. This ring was a 21st birthday gift from my sister and has sentimental value, so I wanted to get this fixed.When I enquired in store, the girl who served me was rather inexperienced in providing customer service and gave me the impression she could not care less about my concerns whilst giving me conflicting responses and being generally unhelpful and dismissive.I have had 'cheap fashion' jewelry that has lasted longer. I have hardly worn my Swarovski ring and have always treated it with care.Swarovski, in my opinion, is the synonym of poor quality. Their head office saved the day and offered to replace the missing crystal for no charge, however I was advised that the tarnishing could not be repaired, which is questionable. The rhodium plating is not as superior as it was portrayed to me after all and apparently cannot be replated.It's been over a month since I left my ring in store to be sent away and repaired and I have still not heard back. When I finally do receive my ring back, I'll have to wear it on rare occasions as it seems this ring can't handle day to day or even once weekly wear, whish is a shame.I certainly would never purchase from Swarovski or recommend to anyone. It's overpriced for what it is.

Swarovski pitch themselves as upmarket however they sell low-quality products that they refuse to repair or replace.This is my second such experience with them, they demonstrate zero understanding of basic consumer law that an item should have a reasonable lifespan.I would never buy from them except to purchase a gift for someone I didn't like.

My husband brought me some earrings as a Xmas present. Unfortunately when I tried them on one of the earrings rattled like the diamond was loose. So we took them back asking for a replacement. No problem. Got home to find replacement were a completely different earring. So back we went asking for the correct earrings. My husband got home and I tried them on - the same rattle in one earring!!!! Not impressed. Returned to the shop asking for a full refund as we had had enough and wanted to go elsewhere. ‘Sorry we don’t give refunds!’ And ‘even if i could my manager isn’t here to give you a refund she’s here tomorrow’. So we return the next day visit number 5....Well the manager makes me ponder what a manager is... no customer service skills at all. It felt like we were completely inconveniencing her and asking for a refund of her own personal money. She didn’t seem to believe there was a rattle! Abrupt rude unprofessional manager. We did get our money back but we shall never return to Swarovski and advice others to do the same.

I bought myself a beautiful pair of earnings for my Xmas pressie 2017. I go back in September 2018 to complain some of smaller crystals had fallen out and thinking they would be in warranty still. I was told quite abruptly to ship them to Sydney for a fee of $50 to maybe" have them fixed and I would get them back in 3 to 4 months???!!! DOUBLE CHECK WARRANTY. Will not be going back I was under the impression that they had an amazing reputation. My Mamma used to collect the figurines when I was little so I've grown up knowing who they were. Very disappointing."
